Conditions of Payment
All payments are to be payable to Symposium Events Pty Ltd.

Delegate

Full payment due at time of confirmation, a tax invoice will be supplied.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be in writing. Registration is non refundable, however it is transferable with notice. 

Exhibitor/Speaker/Sponsor

Full payment is due at time of confirmation. A tax invoice will be supplied for payment.

Cancellation Policy
After the official booking has been accepted the following cancellation policy will apply:

Full payment due at time of confirmation, a tax invoice will be supplied. All cancellation requests must be in writing. 50% retained if request is received in 90 days or more of the Symposium. 100% retained if request is received within 90 days or less of the Symposium. 

Any refunds of deposits paid will be made after the conclusion of the event but not later than 45 days following the scheduled date of the event. The company will not be entitled to any interest that the organizer may have derived from deposits made by the company. All bank charges, including sender’s and receiver’s charges, resulting from a refund related to cancellation of a sponsorship/exhibition items will be passed on to the sponsor/exhibitor.
